It’s Clean offers an extensive range of builders cleaning services for both new build and refurbished buildings. These generally fall into two categories:

 

  • Builders cleans / Post Construction Cleaning – when trades have finished but before snagging
  • Sparkle Cleans – after snagging and before handover to the client or estate agent

 

Our professional builders cleaning services include deep cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning.


We work for many large and medium sized construction companies and cleaning contracts can range from a few offices or apartments all the way up to large warehouses or production facilities. For smaller cleaning projects one day’s attendance is often sufficient but for larger contracts the work may be phased over a year or more.


Post Construction Building Cleaning


Construction sites by their very nature are inherently dangerous and familiarity with working in these environments is critical. For two decades our management, site supervisors and professional cleaners have worked on construction sites or in newly completed buildings across Yorkshire. We understand that safety is critical and we are proud to have received SafeContractor accreditation. All of our cleaning operatives are directly employed and receive extensive training, not least in health and safety.


We offer a leading post construction clean up service across Harrogate, Leeds, York, and everywhere in-between.

Surveying and costs

It's Clean survey the extent of any works, working with the client's ‘Schedule of Works’ or we make recommendations and provide a bespoke schedule. Based on this information we'll then provide a fixed lump sum cost, clearly indicating the extent and limitations of works, with no hidden extras. Any additional items of cleaning not identified or agreed at the time of the survey are quoted separately.

Management and supervision

This cleaning work is normally carried during the very last stages of a project when deadlines are tight and there may be financial penalties in place for the late handover of the building. It’s Clean operate a ‘first time right’ policy to negate any delay to the completion of our cleaning works. 


We work closely with site management and provide experienced site supervision and cleaning operatives. All our operatives are full time employees, we do not use agency or casual staff. Since 1999 we have never been penalised by any of our clients for delays or damage caused. Our primary objective is to secure repeat business and we can only achieve this if we complete your project safely, on time, on budget and without incident.
